Job Description Job Title: Structural Welder Location: Milan, IL Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $22-$25 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Weld, cut, and fabricate metal structures and components based on blueprints and specifications. </li><li>Work with a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, using different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick). </li><li>Inspect materials and finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations. </li><li>Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and schematics. </li><li>Perform welding tasks in various environments, such as construction sites or workshops. </li><li>Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines and company procedures. </li><li>Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition. </li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines. </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Proven experience as a Structural Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. </li><li>Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) preferred. </li><li>Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions if necessary. </li><li>Strong safety awareness and the ability to follow strict safety protocols. </li></ul> Meet Your Recruiter Sal Arteaga
