Growing Together.</h2>Pay Range: $32-34/hr DOEBoca Raton, FL  <h2>Steel Erection Foreman</h2> Job description:Structural and Miscellaneous Steel company is looking for an Erection Foreman to join our growing team!The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years or more experience in Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Erection.The primary job function of an Erection Foreman is leading a crew to install steel columns, beams, steel girders, bar joist, composite deck, roof deck, stairs, rails and ladders.  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and work with a crew to ensure the safety, quality and progress of projects, while meeting both client and company's goals.</li><li>Oversee all proper AISC Bolting and AWS welding procedures to install structural members and components per the plans and specifications.</li><li>Utilize crews, cranes and equipment to perform tasks safely and efficiently.</li><li>Review project plans and specifications with Management.</li><li>Quickly resolve issues, while maintaining adequate manpower and resources.</li><li>Maintain proper communication with Project Manager and Office Personnel.</li><li>Document daily inspection, site and equipment reporting.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a field foreman on structural erection projects.</li><li>Ability to read and understand contract drawings, erection drawings and fabrication drawings.</li><li>Ability to implement company safety and quality programs</li></ul>What you get:<ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance</li><li>401(k) with 4% company match</li><li>Company paid life insurance policy, short term disability, and long term disability</li><li>PTO and paid holidays</li><li>Great, collaborative work environment</li></ul>Diligent embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way.
