Campus Concierges assist with day-to-day desk responsibilities (answering phones, emails, deliveries) transportation and shuttle support, big event weekends (Family Weekend, Valentine’s) and team store shifts, ensuring that all guests experience a smooth, positive, and memorable visit here at High Point. The Campus Concierge team serves as the frontline of the university, providing exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, faculty, families.
