Provides legal and regulatory counsel regarding medical group, provider, and integrated care delivery operations, including physician and advanced practice clinician contracting, professional services arrangements, corporate practice of medicine, fee-splitting, provider compensation models, credentialing, delegation, risk-bearing and value-based care arrangements, licensure and scope-of-practice requirements, and other federal and state laws applicable to healthcare providers, medical groups, IPAs, PACE organizations, and risk-bearing entities. Strong working knowledge of physician contracting, professional services arrangements, corporate practice of medicine, fee-splitting, provider compensation models, scope-of-practice requirements, licensure, delegation, and other laws governing healthcare providers and care delivery organizations is required.
