Oxford Solutions is working with an emerging client to hire a Social Media Strategist to support brand growth and engagement across key digital platforms. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a mostly hybrid schedule. Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Morgantown, WV and reside in PA, OH, or WV.This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where creativity, adaptability, and collaboration are highly valued. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, testing new ideas, and helping shape brand presence in a growing organization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok</li><li>Create and publish engaging short-form video content aligned with brand messaging and trends</li><li>Manage content calendars tied to campaigns and product initiatives</li><li>Monitor and engage with audiences across social channels</li><li>Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on insights</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1–5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing</li><li>Experience with short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and brand voice</li><li>Familiarity with Meta platforms and analytics tools</li><li>Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities can evolve quickly</li><li>Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and move projects forward</li></ul>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of social media and wants to make a visible impact within a growing organization.
