li>Building comprehensive financial models to be used as part of restructuring or liability management transactions, capital raises, and/or corporate valuations;
Analyzing credit and other legal governing documents;
Evaluating financial returns to current and potential investors;
Attending key negotiating and strategy sessions;
Attending board and key stakeholder meetings;
Assisting in the preparation of a plan of reorganization and disclosure statement materials for chapter 11 cases.
Program Description:
The Restructuring and Special Situations Group (“RSSG”) advises large and middle market companies, creditor groups, private equity sponsors, and boards of directors in financially distressed situations, both in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings as well as in out-of-court liability management, restructuring and strategic advisory transactions.
