Throughout the summer, interns gain exposure to a broad range of leadership advisory services, including executive search, leadership assessment, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, board work, and corporate governance, while developing valuable research, analytical, and communication skills. Project work may include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, creating thought leadership content, supporting business development efforts, or developing resources that enhance practice knowledge and collaboration.
