Position Reports to:. Third Street’s core programs include: 1) music and dance instruction for people of all ages, offered seven days a week; 2) public school, public housing, and community partnerships (Third Street Partners) providing instruction in 30+ underserved schools and community centers; 3) a music-infused preschool for students 6 months to five years; and 4) a performance program with over 250 live and virtual concerts annually for more than 10,000 audience members at Third Street and celebrated venues across NYC.p>Responsibilities: • Provide on-site weekly supervision • Oversee all aspects of clinical care provided by assigned students • Review, edit, and approve all relevant clinical documentation • Conduct direct observation of each trainee • Provide regular student feedback and complete student evaluations • Adhere to APA ethical guidelines and state and federal laws pertaining to supervision and clinical practice • Follow policies and procedures of the Center for Psychological Services • Attend relevant trainings as needed. • Doctorate in Clinical or School Psychology • Licensure as Psychologist in New York State • Experience in the delivery of psychological services • Minimum one year experience in providing supervision of psychological services • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with professional staff, faculty, and students, and fellow administrators • Dedication to the Vincentian and global missions of the University.
