NJY Campscurrently employs 27 year-round professionals, including a senior management group that reports to the CEO.The new CEO will provide leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of NJY Camps, focusing their efforts in three main areas:Organizational and Financial Management:Working with a mission driven team with varied levels of experience to build and reinforce a culture of care, accountability, excitement and an appetite for innovation and service while ensuring financial strength and stability for the organization.Vision:Engaging professional and lay stakeholders in an innovative plan to continue to build camping programs and experiences of excellence for Jewish families from all denominations in the Jewish community.Fundraising:Partnering with lay leaders and staff to build an organizational culture of philanthropy to increase major gifts, address capital needs, and engage alumni and community stakeholders in the organizational health and growth of NJY Camps.The CEO will lead the organization into its next phase of strategic growth. Entrepreneurial and attuned to donor interests and concerns, the CEO will ensure the financial strength and stability of the organization by focusing on donor engagement, board development and recruitment and will work closely with the camp directors and the senior team on strategic issues and camp growth.
