Looking to pick up flexible part-time hours to supplement your current job or school schedule? Your job is to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence — all through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA.
You’ll work with the same children consistently, helping them make real progress in their everyday environments — whether that’s helping a 3-year-old learn to request snacks or helping a 7-year-old stay focused through a morning routine.
As an Intern, you will also learn about electric vehicles and Tesla's innovative technologies, in accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. Activity Leader Purpose Statement The Activity Leader is responsible for planning and implementing enrichment activities for the VIK Club and Building Blocks for students ages 3 through 6th grade at the school site. Job Requirements Mental Requirements Learning Development - Level B Sufficient to read and write technical information and instructions, perform basic arithmetic calculations, understand commonly used procedures and methods, or operate equipment that requires some training.
Strong desire and ability to work well with children, parents, and staff in a capacity of leadership, counseling, and education including but not limited to: Relate joyfully and sensitively to children of all ages. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate and coordinate efforts with Kroc Center personnel, community leaders, community organizations and the general public.
Assist the Divisional Service Extension Director with identifying and applying for local sources of grants, in-kind donations, and other income to ensure the financial stability of the Service Center, in conjunction with the Divisional Development Department. They will work with the Divisional Service Extension Director to create and oversee an Advisory Council, interact with and present to various community groups, and recruit, manage, and retain volunteers.
Engages children in interactive activities including, organized arts & crafts, singing, sports activities, games, and field trips. Ensures Counselors are engaged, interacting with campers at all times, and building a positive relationship with campers.
