Every child, whether they're a 3-year-old discovering soccer for the first time or a 13-year-old learning the fundamentals of Flag Football, gets a coach who sees them, encourages them, and makes sure they leave Friday with more confidence than they showed up with Monday. This isn't just a summer job. It's a chance to be the best part of a kid's whole summer. </div><div>Two Roles. One Mission. </div><div>COACH | $15–$16/hr You're on the field, in the action, leading small groups of young athletes through fun, skill-based sessions. You bring the energy, we provide everything else: curriculum, equipment, and full support. No two weeks are the same, and that's exactly how you like it. </div><div>SITE DIRECTOR | $17–$18/hr You run the camp. You lead the coaches, own the parent experience, and make sure every session runs smoothly and safely. Directors are our most trusted people on the ground, the ones Emmett families remember long after the last whistle blows. During our double-camp weeks (6/22 and 7/20), each site needs its own dedicated Director. Leadership experience matters here. </div><div>TRAINING All coaches and directors must complete online training and field training before the season begins. This position requires an extremely high attention to detail, ability to problem solve quickly in high-pressure situations, and react quickly during these instances. <ul><li>Selects test samples of closures, containers, labels, and packages from production lines following established procedures as to time, place, and sequence. </li><li>Measures dimensions of closures, containers, and labels with scales and micrometers. </li><li>Conducts abrasion tests on closures, containers, and labels with abrasion machine. </li><li>Measures hardness of closures and containers. </li><li>Measures bursting strength of containers. </li><li>Tests wet and dry tearing strengths of labels and cartons. </li><li>Weighs filled containers to measure volume of contents. </li><li>Checks the quality of all raw materials that come into plant (fructose, water, cans, bottles, etc.). </li><li>Checks the quality of all finished goods. </li><li>Records test results and prepares graphs and charts. </li><li>Ensure that all products leaving the plant for sale meet established quality standards. </li><li>Completes all required Food Safety and GMP training and demonstrates compliance on a continual basis. </li></ul>Syrup Batcher: This position will be responsible for the Preparing of bulk quantities of beverage products for packaging by performing the following duties.
