Kids' Camp offers children entering Transitional Kindergarten through 6th Grade a day camp experience with activities including science and nature, sports and cooperative games, creative expression and crafts, drama and music, special interests, group times, and much more. Camp staff are responsible for, but are not limited to, supervising children, working cooperatively with staff and parents, ensuring proper maintenance, operation, and safety of the site, assisting in preparing activities and excursions.

Weekly excursions will include visits to local parks and beaches, swimming at the pool at MBAC, and special adventures! Hours/Scheduling:Part-time, temporary positions working between 15-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 6:45 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Positions begin on June 8th and run through August 7th, 2026, with a possible opportunity to work during the school year at the City's before & after-school program.Pay Rates:Counselor-In-Training (high school students that have completed 9th grade): $16.90 per hour.Camp Counselors (must be a high school graduate or equivalent): $19.57 to $20.55 per hour, depending on experience.Job Description:Camp staff are responsible for, but are not limited to, supervising children, working cooperatively with staff and parents, ensuring proper maintenance, operation, and safety of the site, assisting in preparing activities and excursions.Qualifications:Qualified candidates must have knowledge of camp operations and age-appropriate activities.
