What You'll Do: Set up, maintain, and break down work stations; Follow daily prep lists and instruction provided by the supervisor and be ready for service by the times specified; Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work station and equipment; Attend daily pre-shift meetings; Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC, and Executive Sous Chef Charles Figueroa, CEC and 2019 winner of the U.S.A. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing less than or equal to fifty (50) pounds without assistance; No prior experience required, but degree in Culinary Arts is a plus!
