Our summer intern will work under the close direction of an experienced supervisor/manager to receive an overview of the different components of the organization. Duration: This is a temporary summer internship. Official start and end dates flexible based on student's availability. Compensation: $23.00/HR Location: Santa Rosa, CA or Windsor, CA Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li>Learn about all lines of business including transportation, production, and commercial.</li><li>Explore other areas of operation including safety and human resources.</li><li>Prepare a presentation on each line of business worked with.</li><li>Spend equal time between Production, Asphalt, Ready-mix, and Transportation. Getting general knowledge of each daily operations.</li><li>Other learning opportunities and duties, as assigned.</li><li>Regular and timely attendance.</li><li>Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.</li></ul> Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
