The position will be responsible for leading industrial performance, utilising existing plant and machinery, identifying opportunities to improve and develop industrial systems, demonstrate cutting edge technologies and support the performance and ramp-up of Kinston plant programmes through industrial structure breakdown and interfaces, manufacturing and assembly flow description, industrial processes, technology selection, transportation and handling, jigs and tools for assembly lines, line design and industrial performance (costs, cycle times, workload, rate, ramp up etc.). to ensure efficient and effective flow of production in Kinston plant. Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): Daily able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts.
