As a Camp Counselor, you will be an active participant in all camp activities and will assist your Camp Director with a variety of daily tasks, all with the goal of creating a memorable and meaningful camp experience for your campers. We partner with over 230 private clubs all over the country to implement traditional-style day camps for elementary-aged children.

Our Camp Counselor positions have the potential to serve as competitively paid internships that meet your course credit needs. First and foremost, your primary responsibilities will be as a Camp Counselor. As an Intern, you will be expected to fulfill your regular daily job responsibilities and it will be up to you to complete your internship responsibilities and to ensure that they do not interfere with your work obligations. Contact your college advisor in advance and ask them if you can use your summer camp job as a practicum, internship or for other course credits. If KE Camps can meet your internship requirements, your on-site Camp Director will be your field supervisor and oversee your course work. You will also be connected to a KE Camps contact at our HQ in Skillman, NJ. To receive credit, you must complete the course, practicum or internship per your college's parameters and complete your summer employment. As a Camp Counselor, you will be an active participant in all camp activities and will assist your Camp Director with a variety of daily tasks, all with the goal of creating a memorable and meaningful camp experience for your campers. Our Counselors interact with our campers throughout the entire day, helping them make friends, try new things, and generally caring for their well-being. We are looking for an exceptional marketing and sales leader to drive that momentum forward. Big Sky Resort is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Sales to serve as the senior leader responsible for shaping the resort’s brand positioning and strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Resort President, this executive will be responsible for overall marketing and group sales efforts and revenue generation under a unified and guest-focused vision for the resort.This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned marketing leader to lead a high-performing team and drive the growth trajectory of one of America's most celebrated mountain resorts. This position is based at Big Sky Resort in Big Sky, Montana. Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Strategy<ul><li>Manage Big Sky Resort’s brand strategy and positioning, ensuring alignment with the vision of ownership and resort leadership</li><li>Lead marketing plan development, including strategy, channel mix, budget allocation and goal setting in alignment with resort objectives</li><li>Decelop annual and seasonal (winter/summer) content strategies, leveraging audience insights, to deliver cohesive brand messaging</li><li>Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across all owned and earned channels</li><li>Champion a data-driven marketing culture, leveraging analytics, attribution and research to optimize investments and drive continuous improvement</li><li>Oversee agency and vendor partnerships, managing scopes of work, budgets and performance standards</li></ul>Demand Generation & Capture<ul><li>Lead guest acquisition and retention strategy, including CRM, segmentation and targeting </li><li>Oversee digital initiatives through the use of web, app and ecommerce, ensuring effective and optimized customer journeys</li><li>Oversee advertising strategy including media planning with a  mix of brand and performance tactics, and the multi-season creative content plan</li><li>Translate data and reporting insights into strategic recommendations for resort leadership, identifying trends, risks and opportunities in real time</li></ul>Product Development & Pricing<ul><li>Collaborate with divisional stakeholders to establish the resort's product and sales strategy across core lines of business - lift access, lodging, and mountain sports</li><li>Lead pricing strategy and management in partnership with resort leadership team and corporate revenue team</li><li>Monitor competitive pricing and industry trends, translating insights into actionable product and pricing guidance</li></ul>Group Sales Leadership<ul><li>Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for the resort’s group sales function, with a Director of Group Sales reporting to this role and directly managing the sales team</li><li>Determine the optimal mix of market segments to maximize revenue through visitation volume, occupancy and yield</li><li>Identify and develop new market opportunities, including international visitation, travel segments, and distribution channels</li></ul>Team & Organizational Leadership<ul><li>Lead, develop, and inspire the resort’s marketing and group sales teams, fostering a culture of creativity, performance and accountability</li><li>Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards across marketing and sales functions, conducting regular reviews and calibrating resources to priorities</li><li>Build organizational capability through identifying opportunities for investment, hiring and development to support the resort’s long-term growth ambitions</li><li>Work in collaboration with the Boyne corporate marketing team to leverage shared resources and guidance</li></ul>

Qualifications:
