Job Description SUMMARY: The Human Resources Intern is responsible for assisting with various people and culture projects within the human resources department at Stride. Essential functions may vary from administrative, clerical and support level work to more hands-on tactical work as determined by team needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. <ul><li>Perform competitive research, data manipulation and analysis</li><li>Collaborate with teammates as well as other parts of the organization to complete assigned tasks</li><li>Learn and apply best practices in human resources</li><li>Execute tasks by utilizing various technologies and platforms specific to the business</li><li>Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and online training programs.</li><li>Provide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues via email or virtual meetings.</li><li>Provide additional support to the team as needed</li></ul> Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the hourly range to be $18.00 - $22.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
