Under the direction of the Youth Development Program Director, the site supervisor will work at an assigned site or sites leading staff and children in a before and after school setting. Also, this individual will be involved directly with school personnel, and/or YMCA Staff and is expected to build a professional working relationship with his/her assigned site (school or branch) under the direction of the Program Director.
