This position manages field crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, quality control, safety compliance, and project schedules to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications. The Asphalt Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of asphalt paving operations on commercial, municipal, roadway, highway, and site development projects.
