Success in this role typically requires the following competencies: Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team release programs end-to-end, including planning, risk identification, dependency management, and tracking deliverables to on-time, high-quality delivery across engineering, validation, safety, DevOps, and deployment functions. Excellent cross-functional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, consolidate input from diverse stakeholders (autonomy, engineering, safety, legal, business), and produce clear program artifacts such as work plans, SOWs, and Gantt charts.
