This role will serve as a key member of the AI Governance function, partnering with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to ensure AI solutions are designed, deployed, and monitored in a manner consistent with The Hartford's values, risk appetite, and regulatory obligations. Experience governing or developing agentic AI systems and familiarity with emerging control approaches, including model context protocols (MCP), monitoring frameworks, intervention controls, human oversight mechanisms, and system shutdown capabilities.
