The Outage Planners will require access to iTOA and DCR and will not create or submit outage/permit requests in iTOA or DCR systems without successful completion of appropriate trainings or demonstration of understanding of policies and procedures, specifically, switching and tagging procedures. Collaborate with Transmission Maintenance, Transmission Projects, Electric Operations, Control Centers (i.e. CONVEX, ESCC, etc.), System Operations Center (SOC), Vegetation Management, generators, and others as appropriate.
