This position requires a strong field leader with demonstrated experience directing large dirt and heavy equipment operations, planning and sequencing civil work, and managing crews and subcontractors to safely execute work in accordance with project drawings, specifications, schedule, budget, quality requirements, and applicable federal requirements. The position requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can identify field constraints, resolve constructability issues, maintain accurate project records, and communicate effectively with Project Management, Safety, Quality Control, client representatives, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
