Working closely with Troon leadership and the Board of Directors, this individual will be responsible for creating a consistent club experience, developing the onsite leadership team, improving operating processes, and ensuring the community delivers a high level of service to its residents. The Club Manager will oversee the communitys amenity and clubhouse operations, including food and beverage, racquet sports, fitness, pool operations, facilities, lifestyle programming, and administrative functions.
