Ultimately, the function will be responsible for enabling centralized, end-to-end visibility to Humana test planning and execution, setting testing best practices (e.g., frameworks, automations, processes), and enabling testing performance optimization, all furthering Humana’s alignment to Agile frameworks and technology modernization. + Design the IT Testing CoE’s strategic roadmap, priorities, and implementation timelines, in alignment with Humana’s overall IT strategy; Roadmap should identify opportunities to ensure Humana’s end-to-end testing suites are aligned with Agile best practices and innovative technology applications (e.g., AI applications, automation).
