In this role, you will manage outsourced calibration and repair services, from getting customer approval and vendor quotes to creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, and verifying equipment and paperwork when it comes back. Review work orders to determine outsourcing needs, request quotes, pricing, and RMAs from vendors, provide estimates to customers, and secure approvals.
