Master's degree in management, business, education, engineering, or a closely related field and at least eight years of experience managing military training and education programs; or a bachelor's degree in one of those fields and at least 12 years of combined experience managing military training and education programs. Responsibilities: The Lead coordinates instructional coverage, produces recurring course schedules, teaches TST courses as needed, and escorts international military students to authorized training sites throughout the United States.
