Manages the day-to-day operation of the meat department inclusive of fresh meat case, deli, frozen case and custom cut department (where applicable) to include achieving budgeted financial results, ordering product/merchandise, human resource/training, and inventory control measures. Responsible for achieving all budgeted financial figures for the Meat Department as stipulated in the store profit plan (i.e. CTO budgeted sales, gross profit, shrink, inventory levels, wrap and payroll).
