Preferred knowledge and skills include project and department budget processes and tools, project controls, risk assessment and management, administrative policies and procedures, construction project management systems, conceptual planning, conflict management, leadership, team building, coaching, mentoring, change management, multitasking, presentation skills, problem solving, project management, communication, meeting facilitation, time reporting systems, and expense reporting policies and procedures. You will help develop craft training and certification programs for lineman and groundman trades supporting open-shop craft employees, while also maintaining construction procedures and quality programs associated with Substation and BESS work.
