The Director, Trade Compliance & Government Security is a strategic business enabler responsible for developing, leading, and continuously enhancing Mott Corporation's global trade compliance, government security, and related regulatory compliance programs to support Mott’s continued growth in defense, space, semiconductor, nuclear-energy, and other highly regulated markets. This position will serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the company's Facility Clearance and will partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, legal, human resources, and government-contracting stakeholders to enable business growth while maintaining appropriate compliance discipline and risk controls.
