The laboratory offers a comprehensive range of cytogenetic and genomic diagnostic services, including constitutional and oncology cytogenetics, FISH, chromosomal copy number/SNP microarray, DNA methylation-based classification of CNS tumors, and NGS and emerging genomic technologies. The Assistant Directors will participate in the clinical operations and medical oversight of the Cytogenetics Laboratory, including: Reviewing, interpreting, and signing out clinical cytogenetic and molecular studies, including karyotype, FISH, chromosomal microarray, methylation, NGS, and other genomic testing.
