What You'll Do: You'll coordinate across the full network that supports self-determined arrangements, including LCCMHA staff, Employers of Record (EOR), Managing Employers of Record, Financial Management Service (FMS) agencies, Purchase of Service providers, guardians, support people, and internal committees. Day to day, that means educating consumers and families on self-determination principles and their options, including individual self-determination, agency self-determination, agency with choice, and CMH contracted provider models, so people can make informed decisions about their care.
