Service Operations• ï· Ensure timely delivery of supplies, tools, packaging materials, and equipment to• production areas.• ï· Coordinate collection and removal of waste, recyclable materials, and non-product• materials.• ï· Monitor service activities to ensure uninterrupted production support.• ï· Assist with setup, changeovers, and operational support activities.• ï· Maintain organization and cleanliness of service areas, storage locations, and supply• inventories.• ï· Support equipment movement and material handling activities as needed.• Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Team Leadership• ï· Provide daily direction and work assignments to service team members.• ï· Coordinate staffing and workflow to support production schedules and operational needs.• ï· Monitor work performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support.• ï· Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.• ï· Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive employee relations.• ï· Communicate departmental priorities, safety expectations, and operational updates.•
