Possession of a pertinent baccalaureate educational degree in Management Information Systems, Information and Computer Science (ICS), Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Public Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field, and seven (7) years of progressively responsible professional experience involving systems analysis, enterprise systems integration, business process improvement, enterprise applications, information technology leadership, data and reporting environments, or implementation and support of complex institutional systems, of which two (2) years of the experience must have been comparable in scope and complexity to the next lower pay band in the University of Hawaii broadband system; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated.
