Reporting to VP, HCB Operations Services & Training, the Senior Manager helps shape field communication and enablement approaches for key HCB initiatives, leads the HCB Communications & Operations Specialist and partners closely with the Director, HCB Field Training, HCB Operations, Field Operations, Franchise, Marketing, People & Culture, Technology, and subject-matter experts. The Senior Manager, HCB Training Design & Enablement is responsible for designing scalable learning and performance solutions that enable team members, leaders, and future franchise operators to successfully operate a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar (HCB).
