This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced, board-certified orthopedic surgeon while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery, mobility, and quality of life.</p><p>As part of a dynamic and collaborative clinical team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population while contributing to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.</p><hr/><h3><strong>Position Summary / Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>Provides primary health care and performs selective medical services under the direction of specialty physicians. Responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic management of patients by completing medical histories, conducting physicals, establishing diagnosis through tests, and formulating treatment plans. Interacts with surgeons to clarify orders as needed. Interviews and hires new staff. Facilitates the education of staff and evaluates their competency. Orks with Materials Management to monitor supply usage and manage costs appropriately. The manager has a 24-hour, 7 days a week responsibility to provide leadership, management, administration and supervision for the unit and staff. This includes planning, organizing, staff development, performance management, quality fiscal and information management, regulatory compliance, daily operations, building and enhancing relationships through customer relations and appropriate professional involvement.
