Collaboration fuels our innovation and drives our success.</li><li>Empowering Success: We believe in empowering our team members to reach new heights, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.</li><li>Nurturing Growth: Personal and professional growth isnt just encouraged; its nurtured, supported, and celebrated.</li></ul>Position Overview:<ul><li>Ensures high-quality podiatric care by accurately providing a full range of services focusing on the foot and ankle from the management of arthritis, tendinitis, and ingrown toenails to diabetic wounds, foot deformities, and foot surgery.</li><li>Support and provide high-quality care for patients that require surgery; possibly maintain surgical privileges in a nearby hospital system.</li><li>Emphasizes a proactive patient-centered approach, and promotes podiatry care with a focus on education and knowledge of preventive measures.</li><li>Maintain appropriate documentation within the electronic medical record system in accordance with Aizers policies.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine, a graduate of a 3-year accredited podiatry residency program.</li><li>National Board Certification ABFAS/ ABPM or Qualification with a plan to certification within 3 years.</li><li>Positive approach to teamwork with the ability to integrate a multi-disciplinary approach to patient management.</li><li>Able to maintain excellent bedside manners in a fast-paced patient setting.</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Be part of the solution.</li><li>Make a positive impact.</li><li>Continually look to improve.</li><li>Stay connected to the work.</li></ul>Pay & Benefits:<ul><li>$120-$125 per hour, commensurate with experience.</li><li>403(b) Retirement Plan, setting you up for a secure future.</li></ul>
