n\n Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing, and computer skills are essential with the ability to relate and motivate effectively with patients and clinical staff.\n \n\n Works in coordination with all MBS team members including PSRs, MAs and bariatric insurance coordinator to provides high quality, compassionate and seamless care for our bariatric patients.\n \n\n Assists/develops written protocols and education of nurses detailing the rapid communication and basic response to critical vital signs that is specifically required to minimize delays in the diagnosis and treatment of serious adverse events for the metabolic and bariatric population.\n \n\n Manages internal bariatric patient data base for all bariatric patients in their preoperative and postoperative journey.\n \n \nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n Licensed in the state of Idaho as a Health Care Professional (RN/Dietician/PA/PT).\n \n\n Licensed in the state of Oregon as a Health Care Professional (RN/Dietician/PA/PT) within 6 months of hire.\n \n\n Bachelor's of Science in certified field preferred.\n \n\n Registration as an MBS Coordinator preferred.\n \n\n Three years of direct patient care experience desirable.\n \n\n \nWhat You Will Do: \n\n Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Cores Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.\n \n\n Knowledge of performance improvement, billing, coding, and documentation requirements highly desired.\n \n\n Knowledge of evidence-based methodologies.\n
