Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: While performing the duties of this job, it is required to maintain emotional control under stress, Strenuous and long periods of walking, standing, crawling, crouching , and climbing; ability to operate a motor vehicle; specific hearing and visual requirements 20/20 (corrected); ability to chase after someone (stamina), occasionally lift and/or move up to (100) pounds (assist someone to safety) control sudden violent or extreme physical acts of others and exhibit rapid mental and muscular coordination simultaneously. Required to process crime scenes, photograph and process prisoners, prepare search warrants, conduct surveillance, prepare complaints, warrants, and commitments, arraign prisoners, use whatever resources available to him/her in order to obtain the necessary information for the investigation, keep constantly aware of the changing laws and investigative techniques, collect evidence in accordance with the rules of evidence collection, provide court testimony.
