Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience required in at least one of the following areas of expertise: Construction Security Surveillance, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, Industrial or Government security involving counterintelligence, construction quality assurance, or hands on supervisory construction experience; security experience related to Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) or SCIF construction, previous experience with DoD/MILCON construction projects, preferred. Periodically monitor thesecure storage area (SSA) and the material contained within it to ensure that the Construction Contractor and the Air Force’s Construction Agent, USACE Norfolk District, are complying with ICD 705 security and material storage requirements; immediately report security related anomalies, incidents, issues, and concerns directly to the SSM .
