Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college or university in Surveying, Civil Engineering or closely related field; supplemented by three (3) years of surveying experience; one (1) year of which shall be in a lead/supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Required to read, understand and interpret diagrams, construction plans, specifications, Florida Statutes, codes and related documents; express ideas effectively both orally and in writing; establish and maintain working relationship with employees, contractors, engineers and public.
