The Senior Director leads multidisciplinary teams responsible for program delivery, technical training, analytics, and continuous improvement while driving innovation, overseeing new program launches, strengthening industry partnerships, and supporting business development efforts that position Walker-Miller as a recognized leader in clean energy workforce and contractor development. Partner with Business Development and contribute industry expertise to pursue and acquire new contracts, rebids, program expansions, and strategic growth opportunities for MDI, including identification of opportunities to expand services, increase scope, and strengthen client partnerships.
