Regional Director of Business Development St. Croix Hospice LLCRegional Director of Business DevelopmentNewburgh, INIn this role you are responsible for managing all aspects of organizational business development programs including, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, managing subordinates business development activities, participation and planning of business development events, functions, training, and negotiating service contracts with skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers. Assists the Director of Patient Services in establishing organizational patient volume projections in the annual budget and in establishing allocations for the marketing department per site location.
