ul>Some experience managing land development permitting programs involving grading, geotechnical, drainage and flood control elements; administering State of California and local building codes, seismic requirements and laws and general plan requirements; and evaluating and managing the response to grading, geotechnical and drainage concerns and emergencies (ES); Some experience in geology, hydrogeology, well construction, groundwater management and/or related programs; database management; and municipal ordinance implementation and enforcement (WP); OR. Thorough knowledge of: the principles, practices, and modern methods and techniques of public works maintenance and management appropriate to the assigned position; project and contract management techniques; modern methods and techniques used in the design, construction, maintenance, and operations of a wide variety of public works projects, such as, streets, roads, flood control facilities, water and wastewater utility facilities, buildings, other facilities, groundwater studies, administration, etc.
