Tax Map Specialist  This person must be experienced in AutoCAD.  Pay Range: <ul><li>$25  30/hr, dependent on experience
</li></ul> Summary: <ul><li>This person will be using AutoCAD for the construction of municipal digital tax maps for New Jersey municipal/county clients. 
</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience with New Jersey tax map regulations
	</li><li>Experience creating tax maps for municipalities using AutoCAD 
	</li><li>Knowledge of NJ MOD-IV system 
	</li><li>Detailed knowledge of and compliance with the NJ Division of Taxation Digital Tax Map Standards 
	</li><li>Ability to interpret surveys, deeds, file maps, and other tax map related sources 
	</li><li>Working understanding of land surveying principles

Were looking for an experienced Civil Designer to join a growing engineering team in Hammonton, NJ! This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of site development projects  from municipal infrastructure and public works to commercial land development. If youre proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and enjoy turning complex designs into precise, buildable plans, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact. Responsibilities: <ul><li> Produce detailed grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D </li><li> Develop and maintain 3D surface models, alignments, and profiles </li><li> Support engineers with construction document production and plan revisions </li><li> Coordinate with survey, GIS, and environmental teams to ensure accuracy and consistency </li><li> Assist with permit application packages and regulatory submissions </li><li> Maintain drawing standards and quality control throughout the design process </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> 5+ years of site design experience (commercial, municipal, or public infrastructure) </li><li> Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D </li><li> Strong attention to detail and collaborative communication skills </li></ul> Details: <ul><li> Location: Hammonton, NJ </li><li> Pay Rate: $30.00  $35.00/hour </li><li> Schedule: MondayFriday, 8am5pm </li><li> Type: 6-month contract-to-direct hire </li><li> Work Setup: Onsite (no remote) </li></ul>
