</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience with New Jersey tax map regulations
	</li><li>Experience creating tax maps for municipalities using AutoCAD 
	</li><li>Knowledge of NJ MOD-IV system 
	</li><li>Detailed knowledge of and compliance with the NJ Division of Taxation Digital Tax Map Standards 
	</li><li>Ability to interpret surveys, deeds, file maps, and other tax map related sources 
	</li><li>Working understanding of land surveying principles

responsible for overseeing multiple related projects within an organization and various clients to ensure they align with business objectives, are executed effectively, and deliver the expected value.  The program manager will operate as a leader within the company supporting staff and project managers deliver high quality products for our clients.  They will be responsible for running teams between 3 to 15+ people varying on scope and owning the relationship for a client while engaging in business development activities that generate new revenue. </div> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <div> </div><ul><li>Ensure that all projects within the program are aligned with strategic priorities i.e. profitability, revenue growth, and resource management.</li><li>Responsible for the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for specific projects assigned to them with little to no supervision.</li><li>Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and timelines. </li><li>Monitor project portfolio to ensure objectives are being satisfied and provide timely advice to the Manager/Client on any anticipated delays affecting project commitments.</li><li>Owns the progress of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget and is responsible for escalating when project metrics are at risk.</li><li>Responsible for the relationships and health of good standing with clients.</li><li>Works with senior leadership to develop and guide business development activities for achieving growth targets in assigned areas and clients.</li><li>Assist in allocating resources effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget and communicating with leadership when required for additional resources.</li><li>Review of Site Plan and Subdivision applicants submitted to Municipal Land Use Boards and attend Municipal Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Council Meetings, when required by management or client.</li><li>Coordinate client needs and internal resources and teams to effectively uphold high quality delivery of projects to our clients.</li><li>Apply technical skills required to manage the project and client expectations, and to support the staff (e.g. storm water, hydraulics, grading, land use planning, structural analysis, survey, base mapping, etc.)</li><li>Consider health, safety and environmental requirements when developing civil designs.</li><li>Monitor and track project portfolio’s expenses to ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.</li><li>Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule and within scope/budget.</li><li>Regularly communicate project status, issues, risks, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.</li><li>Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, ensuring collaboration and high performance.</li><li>Oversee or manage staff to ensure quality control checks to ensure deliverables meet project specifications and client expectations.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.</li><li>Engage in Artheon activities as a senior leader, going above and beyond to ensure the future success of junior staff are set up for success.</li></ul><div> </div> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines.</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent professional license required.</li><li>10+ years of experience in design, construction, or equivalent experience.</li><li>10+ years of experience managing and assisting in project management or client management.</li><li>Certified Municipal Engineer (CME), preferred</li></ul><div>Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Advanced proficiency in scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.</li><li>Proficiency in creating advanced Gantt charts, reporting dashboards, and resource management.</li><li>Organizing workflows and visualizing project tasks, particularly for smaller or less complex projects.</li><li>Knowledge of cost estimation techniques and software.</li><li>Entry level understanding KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for tracking project progress.</li><li>Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation if for managing design aspects of engineering projects.</li><li>Familiarity with software for managing quality audits and compliance. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Teams for team communication and updates.</li><li>Experience with SharePoint Adobe or similar platforms to manage project documents, blueprints, and specifications.</li><li>Basic knowledge of contract law and understanding of contract management tools for reviewing and preparing contracts and monitoring deliverables.</li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations as OSHA.</li><li>Ability to create proposals, technical reports, specifications, and other project
