Randolph, VT - Salary Range 90-120k  Job BriefLicensed Surveyor looking for opportunities for growth, with 10+ years of experience to work in New Hampshire, or Vermont. The applicant will be responsible for boundary services while, providing leadership to survey teams in support of operations. This opportunity includes responsibilities to support engineering projects. Responsibilities <ul><li>Perform a variety of field survey procedures including linear topographic survey, boundary surveys, land record research and plan preparation, and construction layout</li><li>Managing projects</li><li>Taking an active role in client relations, developing proposals, researching land records, and preparing plans. </li><li>The position provides opportunities for regular participation in business development, staff growth and mentoring, and strategic planning. </li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>10 to 15 years of relevant experience (though the firm is willing to mentor and train the right individual) </li><li>Active LS license with a desire to obtain an LS License in NH, ME, VT, and/or MA. </li><li>Ability to operate survey equipment; GPS, Total Station and Robotics is required. Preference will be given to applicants with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a desire for growth including managing personnel as well as projects. </li><li>Experience with business development or public sector clients is preferred. </li><li>CAD Experience </li></ul>
