Responsibilities of this role:<ul><li>Provides technical design of civil engineering projects from planning through completion.</li><li>Ability and willingness to mentor/train junior staff. </li><li>Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees</li><li>Technical writing of deliverables including work plans, quality program documents, summary reports and project correspondence as required.</li><li>Establish and maintain client relations through regular and constructive communication with clientele and project team members.</li></ul> Who we are looking for:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is required. Masters Degree or MBA is preferred.</li><li>Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma.</li><li>10+ years of experience as a civil engineer with a focus on Commercial, Residential and/or Industrial land development projects. Public Works Experience a plus.</li><li>Ability to independently handle a variety of ongoing tasks and responsibilities</li></ul> Technical Skills Needed:<ul><li>Knowledge and experience designing/drafting in AutoCAD Civil 3D</li><li>Design skills on Roads, Parking Lots, Sites, Grading, Drainage, Water and Sewer</li><li>Experience with state and region technical specifications and standards</li><li>Ability to develop full PS&E Packages and Bid Documents</li><li>Field knowledge to support solid, logical, and constructible plans and estimates</li><li>Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Cost Estimation for Design, Construction, Maintenance, and Construction Management</li><li>Knowledge of Federal Contracting with the BIA and FHWA is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of the Tribal Transportation Program is a plus</li><li>RPP hires based on the candidates ability, while providing preference to Native Americans</li><li>Good communication skills and positive attitude are a must </li></ul>
