You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, leverage cutting-edge GPS and surveying technology, and ensure projects are executed safely and accurately, every time.</div><ul><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Champion a safe work environment by consistently following all safety policies, procedures, and best practices.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Operate, adjust, and maintain advanced GPS equipment, rovers, and related instruments for precise level setting and grade adjustments.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Calculate and document cross sections of completed work for project assessment and payment review.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Interpret and implement construction plans to support project preparation and execution.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Assist with traffic control set-up, including moving and dismantling signs, barricades, and cones.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Support field activities such as driving stakes, clearing brush, and handling materials and tools.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Contribute flexibly as a team player, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.</li></ul><div> </div><div>Who We’re Looking For</div><ul><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Motivated individuals with a commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Strong communicators who are eager to learn and take direction.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug screen, background check, Fit for Work physical).</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Minimum age of 18, with a high school diploma or GED.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred).</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Previous experience in construction or surveying is a plus but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential!</li></ul><div><div> </div><div>Physical & Work Environment Requirements</div><div>·       Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.</div><div>·       Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.</div><div>·       Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.</div><div>·       Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.</div><div>·       Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.</div><div>·       Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.</div><div>·       Reasonable accommodations provided as necessary to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</div></div><div> </div><div>Ready to Build Your Future?</div><div>Take the next step in your career with CRH.
