(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.   Responsibilities <ul><li>Manage and track the collection of Environmental Project Declarations (EPDs) for construction projects within clients portfolio. </li><li>Manage and track the collection of Construction Waste Management (CWM) Plans and CWM monthly reporting for construction projects within the clients portfolio.</li><li>Communicate among a wide range of groups and individuals involved in a project to ensure EPD and CWM submittals are completed accurately.</li><li>Ensure quality and compliance of EPD and CWM submittals through review and verification processes.</li><li>Consult with Project Managers, Team Leaders, consultant designers and contractors regarding EPD and CWM submittals.</li><li>Provide feedback to supervisor regarding improvements to the EPD and CWM programs.</li><li>Problem solve and troubleshoot process-based challenges and technical issues as needed.</li><li>Represent the Division as a stakeholder in various interagency working groups related to EPDs and CWM, with support from supervisor.</li><li>Keep up to date on industry trends related to embodied carbon and construction waste management and deconstruction.</li><li>Attend conferences and develop relationships with industry leaders.</li><li>Some travel may be required.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in architecture, architectural technology, building science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, construction technology, or related field.</li><li>Master’s degree in architecture, architectural technology, building science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, construction technology, or related field may substitute for one year experience.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation, with sufficient knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.</li><li>Professional experience in preparing, implementing or reviewing plans and technical specifications, coordinating and communicating with construction material manufacturers and suppliers, and document control.</li><li>Experience advancing initiatives from development through implementation and completion.</li><li>Demonstrates an interest in advancing sustainability and resiliency within the built environment.</li><li>Competent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic technical writing proficiency.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li><li>Envision, Well-Building or LEED certification is a plus.</li><li>Engineer-in-Training certificate or proof of passing the FE, or Professional Engineering license in NY is a plus.</li></ul> We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, and a positive work environmentCompensation range:  Min: $80,000  - Max: $95,000/yr The range provided is the salary that the firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LiRo-Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This role focuses on addressing the human element in the change process, ensuring synchronization with technical aspects to promote seamless transitions. Help employees stay engaged, enhancing productivity and morale.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Change Strategy & Planning • Define the vision and objectives for each technology initiative. • Assess the impact of IT changes on employees, business stakeholders, and customers. • Develop structured change enablement roadmaps with clear milestones. • Identify key risks and develop mitigation strategies. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, IT, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or IT transformation. • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives. • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills. • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). • Experience with digital transformation, AI enablement, or employee experience platforms. • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments. • Experience in a global or multi-national organization. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure change effectiveness. The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
